All Precept products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. This
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including,
without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. In no event shall Bridgestone Golf, Inc. be liable for
special or consequential damages.

If you would like us to evaluate your purchased Precept golf balls, please send
the golf ball(s) with a letter of explanation to the Customer Service
Department at the following address:

Once your golf ball(s) have been received, we will review them and send a
response as soon as possible. A replacement will be sent if necessary upon
evaluation.

If you have a warranty situation per our product line (clubs, bags, or gloves),
please contact an authorized Precept retailer in your vicinity. Our web site
can be utilized to find a location in your area using our
Dealer Locator.
Our website can assist you with locating a dealer in your
area. Once you have chosen a golf shop or club, they can contact us for a
return authorization through their account. At that time, it will be decided if
the item can be repaired or replaced.
In the case of warranty claim for a
discontinued product, proof-of-purchase must be provided to the Precept
retailer, and if retail purchase was made within one year of claim, Precept
will repair/replace with appropriate materials from the current product line.
