CREAMER RIDES PINK PRECEPT TOUR SIII TO BEST FINISH IN ‘O6
Precept’s Girls Golf Donations Get a Major Boost in Toledo

Covington, Ga. — As a way of paying tribute to the official mascot of
the Jaime Farr Owens Corning Classic - the Pink Panther, the LPGA’s own Pink
Panther put into play her Pink Precept Tour SIII
golf ball for all four
official tournament rounds this past week. Usually reserved for Sunday play
only, Creamer opted to rely on the power of pink the entire week. The move paid
off, with the 2005 Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year recording 20 birdies
for the tournament.
Paula’s weeklong total 20 birdies included a final round 7-birdie barrage that
led to a tournament low round of 65. The impressive 4-day performance brought
her total number of birdies made with the Pink Precept Tour SIII to 52, in
2006. As a result, through the Owens Corning Classic presented by Kroger, just
over $35,000 worth of golf balls have been donated by Precept to LPGA-USGA
Girls Golf chapters nationwide this year.
“Paula really surprised us by putting the ball in play for all four rounds,”
said Dan Murphy, Senior Director of Marketing – Bridgestone/Precept Golf. “Not
only did Paula earn a ton of golf balls for junior girls programs throughout
the U.S., she also had her best finish of the season. Maybe there is something
to the ‘power of pink’.”
Paula’s new Precept Pink Tour SIII is available to consumers in a limited
edition “Paula Pack” containing 6 balls. The “Paula Pack” features a suggested
retail price of $27 and is available now at green grass retailers and golf
specialty shops nationwide. To monitor the number of birdies Paula makes with
